Refund or Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made by Sead Advertising
- Sead Advertising reserves the right to cancel, move, and reschedule a seminar due to circumstances that are beyond Sead Adverising's control, such as low attendance. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact and notify the participants of any alterations to their seminar. If the seminar is cancelled, Sead Advertising will either re-allocate the participants on to future seminars with the Client’s consent, or offer Virtual seminar.
- Client Cancellations
- Except for instances provided under Clause, “Cancellations made by Sead Advertising”, the following cancellation fees will be imposed on all bookings, dependent on the number of days notice provided to Sead Advertising. If you need to make a cancellation, please notify Sead Advertising in writing or via email to the following email address – girish@seagulladvertising.org.
- All cancellation and rescheduling fees are due immediately via debit or credit card.
- All cancellations made between 0-20 days prior to the seminar date, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- All cancellations that are made above 21 days prior to the seminar date, are subject to a 75% cancellation fee, which must be paid in full upon cancellation.
- If paid by credit card, refund / cancellation amount will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payments will be made to the same account within 5 working days.
