Mahalaxmi Group already had a respected name in the steel trading business. However, their real estate arm didn’t have an independent identity and positioning, in a highly competitive market.

- Thorough study of the brand’s challenges, target audience, in-depth customer profiles, and competitor analysis.
- End-to-end brand strategy beginning with customer interactions, leading to a sharp insight into the life of the young, urban working professional.
- Creation of the name – Zen Realty and branding idea – Peaceful Living. Under this umbrella idea, the project ‘Zen Estate’ was ideated ground-up from product-level inclusions to communication touchpoints. Each one, tailored to deliver the experience of peaceful living.
- We also ideated and executed 360-degree campaigns, events, on-ground activations, and more. The project ‘Zen Estate’ went on to bag multiple prestigious awards.
