Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients, build and maintain good client relationships
- Oversee a team of Account Executive and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
- Participate actively in client calls
- Meet regularly with clients’ team to plan and progress account activity
- Analyse clients’ marketing plans and advise accordingly
- Develop an understanding of marketing strategies and tactics that will be appropriate and effective for your clients
- Get involved in brand planning workshops
- Ensure that the creative output matches the client’s brief and Seagull’s standards
- Ensure team members are aware of all critical client deadlines and ensure the timelines are met.
- Take ownership of all accounts you are handling
- Take client feedback throughout the development process and act as an intermediary between client and agency
- Foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams
- Encourage teamwork and good communication
- Demonstrate organisational and time management skills to effectively manage work requirements
Qualification:
- MBA / Masters in Media & Communications
