- Develop production plans that align with the timelines of clients marketing and sales objective.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, creative and other stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on client deadlines.
- Must have thorough knowledge of the offset and digital printing process including paper mechanics, varnishes, die-cutting etc.
- Must take responsibility for building and managing print budget, with focus on cost savings opportunities and initiatives.
- Work closely with creative teams to understand design concepts and provide technical input.
- Source and procure high-quality printing materials in alignment with project requirements..
- Evaluate and recommend new materials and printing techniques to enhance visual appeal.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Conduct pre-production checks and proofs to identify and rectify potential issues.
- Manage relationships with printing vendors and other external suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or a related discipline
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to enhance the visual impact of printed materials.
- Willingness to stay updated on technological advancements in the print industry and integrate new tools for efficiency.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely project delivery.
