Role Overview:
As the Media, Events, and Activations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and coordinating offline media campaigns, influencer marketing initiatives, and events for our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our campaigns and events are strategically aligned, effectively reach target audiences, and drive successful outcomes for our clients' brands.
Responsibilities:
Offline Media Planning and Buying:
- Develop and implement comprehensive offline media strategies to meet client objectives and maximize brand exposure.
- Identify relevant media channels (print, radio, outdoor, etc.) for each campaign and negotiate cost-effective media placements.
- Oversee media buying and execution, tracking campaign performance and making data-driven optimizations.
Influencer Marketing:
- Conduct research to identify suitable influencers/ influencer agencies aligned with clients' target audiences and brand values.
- Manage influencer partnerships, negotiations, and contracts to ensure successful collaborations.
- Analyze influencer marketing campaign results and provide insights to continuously improve ROI.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, activations, and promotional activities for clients.
- Coordinate logistics, manage vendors/event management companies and ensure flawless on-site event management.
- Monitor event performance and gather feedback for future enhancements.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of media campaigns, influencer marketing, and events.
- Prepare comprehensive reports with key insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
