Job Overview:
The Events and Activation Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing events and brand activation campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and management skills, as well as a creative mindset to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and target audience.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create innovative and effective activation concepts.
- Work closely with account managers to align events and activation strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling event themes, visuals, and collateral.
- Collaborate with PR and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and media coverage.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, timelines, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee event setup, management, and post-event evaluations.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Analyse post-event data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide clients with comprehensive post-event reports and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and brand activation, preferably within the advertising or marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
