About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to head our digital marketing function across a diverse portfolio of brands and industries.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy, performance marketing, analytics, and team leadership to deliver measurable business results. You will work across B2C lead generation, B2B marketing, and ecommerce-focused campaigns while leading a small in-house team and collaborating directly with leadership.

What You’ll Do
Digital Strategy & Client Management
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies for clients across industries
- Understand business goals and create full-funnel marketing plans
- Manage client communication and provide strategic recommendations
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as:
- CPL
- ROAS
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
B2B & Lead Generation Marketing
- Build and manage B2B marketing campaigns with longer sales cycles
- Create account-based and lead nurturing strategies
- Drive high-quality lead generation initiatives
Landing Pages & Conversion Optimisation
- Work closely with the in-house developer to improve landing pages
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
- Identify gaps in user journeys and improve campaign performance
Marketing Automation & Nurturing
Create lead nurturing workflows using:
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp marketing
- Retargeting campaigns
Improve customer engagement and conversion journeys
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like:
- GA4
- Meta Pixel
- CRM platforms
- Attribution tools
Build reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights
Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team
- Provide clear briefs, feedback, and direction
- Improve workflows, accountability, and campaign execution standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience working on both B2C and B2B campaigns
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently
- Experience managing teams and client relationships
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of conversion optimisation and customer journeys
