At Seagull Advertising, we help brands uncover what makes them meaningful, differentiated, and commercially relevant. We are looking for a strategic thinker and facilitator who can lead high-impact brand strategy engagements for clients across industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business and brand challenges, leading client conversations, and translating insights into actionable brand direction.
What You’ll Do
Lead End-to-End Brand Strategy Projects
- Drive strategic brand engagements from discovery to final recommendations
- Understand client businesses, markets, audiences, and competition
- Identify key brand challenges, growth opportunities, and positioning gaps
- Develop clear brand strategy frameworks, narratives, and presentations
Facilitate Workshops & Client Discussions
- Design and conduct collaborative workshops with leadership teams and stakeholders
- Lead conversations that help clients align on vision, positioning, and direction
- Balance strategic thinking with practical business realities
- Build strong working relationships with clients throughout the engagement
Build Strategic Thinking into Action
- Translate brand strategy into practical recommendations across marketing, communication, customer experience, product, and go-to-market touchpoints
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure strategy is implemented effectively
- Contribute to improving and evolving Seagull’s strategic consulting approach
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning, Marketing Strategy, Consulting, or a related field
- Experience managing or co-leading client-facing strategic projects
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable thinking
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Curious, analytical, collaborative, and commercially aware
- Experience in an advertising agency, branding consultancy, or strategic consulting environment is preferred
