Symbiosis was known as a leading Educational Institution in Pune, but barring a few of its colleges, its many other Institutes failed to attract applications from students across India.
Solution:
- Thorough study of the brand’s challenges, target audience, in-depth customer profiles, and competitor analysis.
- End-to-end brand strategy beginning with in-depth research, leading to key insights to create aspiration for Brand Symbiosis.
- Creation of SNAP - the first-ever online entrance test for a Private Institution. By creating SNAP at a time when CAT and CET were the only two respected entrance exams, aspirants had another choice and way to study at Symbiosis.
- SNAP not only ensured that seats filled up in record time at all Institutes, it also standardized the admission process and paved the way for Symbiosis to become a deemed University.
