The requirement was to create a brand strategy to market a revolutionary Swiss bacteria disinfectant called Pathene in India. The key insight was that people like to work in organizations that are hygienic. Seagull recommended the creation of a Certification of Safety called Safe-In. The client would provide organizations with a bacteria disinfection fumigation service and the Safe–in certification. These certifications would create credibility for Pathene in India.
