An MBA from India’s prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Sameer Desai brings to the table 17 years of experience in Media, Database & Direct Marketing, Ground Promotions, Events & Advertising. Sameer founded Seagull in 1996 as a ground promotions agency and developed it into a full-service agency with a strong team of professionals. A visionary, strategic thinker and a powerful leader, Sameer plays a central role in planning, brand building and client relationships.

Reshma Desai, Executive Director
An MA in clinical psychology, Reshma’s main mission at Seagull is to make Seagull a preferred employer. She has, through various unique initiatives, created and nurtured Seagull into a spirited, innovative, productive and satisfying work place. This erstwhile basketball champ believes that the key to a successful life is physical and mental agility and uses her expertise to keep Seagull in the pink of financial health.
